The house sits on a double lot with four challenging building pads, which dictate a complex bulk plane. The house was carved out of these restrictions. The front entry steps seamlessly blend the lots by straddling the original lot divide and the 12-foot grade change. The house sits on a long series of landscaped terraces that also tie the lots together.

Expansive floor to ceiling glass along the north side captures the golf course and views of The Strip to the west.  There are two sets of garages, one at each end. Above the lower garage is the children’s wing that features four bedrooms with a spacious common area.  Above the main garage is the master suite with a home office, fitness and viewing deck. Between the two bedroom wings is a great room that connects the kitchen, pool house and dining room, all of which overlook the pool to the north.
